Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

In accordance with Law No. 144/2015, of 8 September, Portugal Luxury Property informs its clients that, in the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.

Alternative dispute resolution is a process that allows consumers and companies to settle disputes without going to court, in a quick, simple, and generally low-cost way.
